Beginning October 30th, join us in Alpine Park for our Season of Reveal, as we launch our first set of showhomes in the Showhome Neighbourhood.

Alpine Park is a community designed around walkability. We encourage you to experience that first-hand by following the wayfinding and parking signage to Bluerock Avenue, then leave your car behind and choose your pathway into the Showhome Neighbourhood. Walk along the treed boulevard of Treeline Manor or stroll through the Hearth and discover park-front court living. Be sure to follow the interconnected pathway system down to Picnic Grove where our first playground and gathering space has taken shape.
Please note the community is a hub of activity. With showhomes launching, additional showhomes and new homes under construction, and the continued development of parks, pathways, and landscaping, we kindly ask visitors to follow all on-site signage.
COVID-19 Protocols
Showhomes will be following BILD Alberta and AHS guidelines. A maximum of 2 groups will be allowed in the showhomes at one time and face coverings will be required at all times. Complimentary masks and hand sanitizer will be available for your convenience. Builders may choose to request pre-registration before entering the showhomes.
SEASON OF REVEAL
We're just as excited to open our showhomes as we hope you are to see them, so why leave everything to just one day? In an effort to make your visit as safe as possible, we're hosting some Calgary food truck classics not just once but every weekend starting October 30th until the end of November so you can find a time (and food!) that works best for you to visit Alpine Park.October 30 & 31 Noon to 5pm – Canadian Bear Balls & The Mitt Mobile
November 6 & 7 1 to 4pm at Cardel Homes – Taiko Taco
November 13 & 14 1 to 4pm at Genesis Builders – Zilford’s Fried Chicken
