Breaking Ground on the Convenience District
Retail in Alpine Village is officially underway - with the Convenience District breaking ground as the first step toward a vibrant, connected commercial core.
We’re excited to share that construction has begun on the Convenience District – the first piece of retail development in Alpine Park’s emerging retail core. Located at the prominent 154 Avenue SW entrance to the community, the Convenience District will offer a practical first stop for residents and visitors alike. A place to fuel up, grab a coffee, pick up what you need on the go – this district is all about practicality, accessibility, and thoughtful design that still reflects the spirit of Alpine Village.
For many, this is where they’ll first arrive and shake off the city – a threshold between the fast pace of the everyday and a community built to feel more human, more intentional. It’s Alpine Park’s most convenient commercial hub, and an important complement to the walkable, richly layered retail and social spaces that will continue to unfold within the heart of Alpine Village.
Every district is designed with purpose – and the Convenience District is no different. It brings essential, everyday moments into the fold, rounding out a complete vision for life at Alpine Park with the same care and intention seen throughout the community.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us on site today to mark this milestone, including our colleagues from Dream, the design team at DIALOG, leasing support from CBRE, and construction leadership from Norson Construction. Your work continues to shape the kind of place where community truly comes to life.
The Village is growing.
