Christmas Market and Festival

Thurs. Dec 4^th 5-8pm, Alpine Park Showhome Neighbourhood

Alpine sidewalks, busy showhomes, dressed in holiday style… But not a market of lavish gifts; no sables, convertibles or yachts. And there won’t be any pipers piping (although we will have carollers!) or three French Hens (but if you join us early, there’s a rumor about chicken skewers. Does that count?).

The Christmas agenda is often predictably loaded with frantic trips to the mall, runs to Dollarama for last minute holiday embellishments, and a scramble to manufacture some holiday cheer. We invite you to skip all that and join us instead at Alpine Park’s Christmas Market and Winter Festival on the evening of Dec. 4^th, from 5-8 pm.

Bundle up and enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride around Central Park, followed by a hot cocoa in the Welcome Centre and some holiday selfies with our ice sculptures.  Grab your Showhome Passport from our Community Ambassadors, get a stamp at each of our builder partners and enter to win 1 of 3 $250 Cadillac Fairview Gift Card!

Bring your gift list and shop the showhomes where you’ll find some of our Cabin Fever vendors  (and some new ones!) who will help you find the most perfect Christmas gifts of small-batch wares and artist-crafted gems.

Santa will visit and lend an ear (and a lap for photos!), while carollers fill the festival with sounds of the season!
