Alpine Village, First Reveals
Alpine Park momentum continues to build with the announcement of first Alpine Village retailers; construction is set to begin in 2025.
Alpine Park is rounding out a year of incredible progress with the announcement of the first four of a collection of almost 60 total retailers that will eventually occupy the three distinct districts within Alpine Village.
For current residents, life in Alpine Park is already shaped by thoughtful touches and well-considered design: unique park spaces, tree-lined pathways and off-road pedestrian-only routes, and charming porch-front architecture that fosters a sense of community. While these elements have shaped the character of the residential areas, the urban centre was always envisioned as the destination the new urbanist community’s walkable streets would lead you toward.
A MISSING LINK
In that way, Alpine Village has always been at the heart of the vision for Alpine Park — a vibrant hub where day-to-day convenience meets walkable charm. Just as the residential streets of Alpine Park have been sequenced in phases, Alpine Village is planned take shape in stages across three distinct districts, each reflecting the unique opportunities of its location.
The Convenience District, situated with high exposure to the ring road, is designed as the perfect stop-and-shop destination, whether you’re grabbing a coffee on the way to work or fuelling up before a weekend adventure in the wilderness. At the centre of Alpine Village, the Service District offers a hybrid mixed-use experience, combining easy access and plentiful parking with inviting public spaces like the tree-canopy shopping promenade — encouraging visitors to park their cars and explore the area on foot. Finally, the Social District showcases Alpine Park’s people-first philosophy with a pedestrian-only square, purpose-built to bring neighbours together to linger, connect, and enjoy the heart of their community.
FIRST RETAILERS
We’re thrilled to announce that McDonald’s, Starbucks, Petro-Canada, and Bambini Daycare are all coming to Alpine Village — beloved brands that bring everyday convenience close to home. As the first of many more retailers to come, and with construction on the Convenience District set to begin in early 2025, residents will soon enjoy an array of high-quality amenities and services right within Alpine Park.
With anticipated openings early 2026, it’s an incredibly exciting time to consider whether Alpine Park might be right for you – with new homebuyers today likely seeing retailers settle into their new spaces at the same time as they settle into their new home.
