Winter Festival & Treefest

Pull down the winter basket from the top of your closet and dig out your favourite gloves and scarf. Join us for a celebration of the season that brings us the sounds of crunchy new fallen snow, the scents of balsam and fir, and the sparkle of lights and holiday décor.

We will also kick off our annual TreeFest Charity Drive so get ready to flex your voting muscles! Alpine Park’s TreeFest 2024 is an opportunity to revel in the Christmas spirit through the celebration of our builder partners’ creative inspiration and support of local charities.

From November 21 to December 16, our 4 builder partners participate in this event by decorating a Christmas tree in each of their sales centres and committing to a $2500 donation to a local charity. Visitors to Alpine Park are encouraged to vote on their favourite tree. Dream will commit an additional $2500 to the winning tree’s charity. And because we want you to also revel in some friendly charitable competition, a second draw will be held for a voter’s name for an additional $500 matched donation to the voter’s charity of choice.

Walk (or drive) over to our new Welcome Centre behind our beautiful showhomes and kick off the pre-kend with an evening of lively holiday music, live ice carving, warm drinks, delicious nibbles, sleigh rides and more.
